About me

Welcome to

Overcoming challenges together

A warm welcome!

Leadership means taking responsibility, providing orientation and shaping relationships. Situations arise time and again that require clarification, self-regulation and a conscious attitude.

You may experience moments when conversations escalate unexpectedly, expectations are contradictory or your own reaction is stronger than you intended.

You may feel that it's not just external demands that are challenging, but also internal patterns such as perfectionism, high expectations or self-criticism that are affecting you. Self-leadership shape.

I accompany specialists and managers within the framework of Business Coaching to reflect on challenging leadership situations in a differentiated way. In doing so, I combine work on internal dynamics with a view of organizational relationship systems.

I support teams in making interactions visible, clarifying roles and consciously shaping collaboration.

Motivation

Why I do what I do

Two questions have been with me for many years:

  • How do people stay healthy and effective at work?
  • And how do you create working relationships that are constructive, clear and respectful?

At the beginning of my professional career, I was very focused on results, efficiency and perfection. I was less aware of interpersonal dynamics. This task-oriented focus led to tensions in collaboration and considerable personal pressure.

I have experienced how strongly inner patterns influence leadership and cooperation. High expectations, self-criticism or the desire for control not only have an effect internally, but also characterize Dynamics in teams and organizational processes.

This experience has sharpened my focus. Today, I work specifically at the interface between internal dynamics and the organizational relationship system. I support managers and teams in understanding their own reaction patterns, recognizing interactions within the system and taking responsibility for their own impact.

For me, coaching means helping people help themselves. My goal is for leaders and teams to gradually develop an inner sense of direction that they can draw on in new situations, even without coaching.

Change occurs where inner clarification and external relationship building are considered together.

Self-leadership

Constant work on myself

I regularly invest time in my own further development through professional training, supervision, reflection and inner work. I work with the same approaches that I use in coaching: Perceiving inner parts, differentiating emotions and conscious self-regulation.

From my own experience, I know how challenging sustainable change is. Development does not come about through individual impulses, but through continuous confrontation.

That is why I mainly work in structured processes lasting several months. This creates space not only to recognize patterns, but also to change them sustainably in day-to-day management and team work.

"There is a space between stimulus and response. In this space lies our power to choose our reaction."

Understanding of consulting

My way of working: Systemic and process-oriented

My work combines occupational and organizational psychology expertise with systemic and process-oriented coaching approaches.

Systemic approach and Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC)

I understand organizations and teams as relationship systems. The focus is on interactions between the individual, team and organization. Using elements from Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), I work on clarifying roles and creating spaces for reflection in which teams can recognize and develop their own patterns.

Self-management through emotional intelligence and Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Leadership is largely shaped by inner processes. Using elements of emotional intelligence and the IFS model, I work on self-awareness, emotion regulation and understanding inner parts. As a result, managers gain more clarity about their reaction patterns and remain capable of acting even in challenging situations.

Impulses from self-organization and modern collaboration (loop approach)

Depending on the context, I support managers and teams in clarifying decision-making processes, making responsibilities transparent and structuring meetings in such a way that they provide orientation instead of creating additional complexity. It's not about models for their own sake, but about making collaboration comprehensible and reliable.
