Coaching as a process
Coaching begins with a free introductory conversation and a kick-off session. After that, you decide, how you would like to continue working together.

- Further support by arrangement

* 3 months of one-on-one coaching: Kick-off: 75–90 minutes, in person or online, followed by 5 online sessions of 60–75 minutes each, held every two weeks.
Notes:
- VAT: All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- Includes: Preparation for and follow-up on coaching sessions.
- Large companies: Corporate rates, including coordination with the Human Resources department, for a total of up to 30 minutes.
- Payment: Individuals pay for individual sessions directly via TWINT or credit card. Organizations receive an invoice.

Development processes
Investment in team coaching & team development
My work as an organizational psychologist in the team context is process-oriented. In contrast to traditional training courses, the focus here is on working on dynamics, roles and psychological safety.
In order to facilitate sustainable learning processes, I prefer to work in shorter, regular intervals (half days). This allows the team to test new ideas directly in their day-to-day work and to consolidate their findings between sessions.
The following information is intended as a rough guide. I prepare an individual quote for each order, tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

15-minute (video) call for initial clarification of concerns and questions
inclusive
Services within the scope of team coaching
Order clarification, online surveys, interviews, design, implementation and support of workshops and team coaching sessions. Billing on a time and material basis or according to individual offer.
CHF 250.- / hour.
Travel and expenses
Travel time and travel expenses within the city of Zurich are included in the fee. Outside the city of Zurich, additional travel time and expenses will be charged by arrangement. Moderation material is included in all workshops.
CHF 125.- / hour.
Notes on the hourly and daily rates:
- VAT: All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- Validity: The published prices can be adjusted at any time. The prices confirmed by me in writing are authoritative.
- NPO tariffs: I offer reduced rates for social organizations to a limited extent.
