Leadership coaching

For managers who are looking for an external sparring partner to drive their personal development and increase their leadership effectiveness.

Further development

Personal development in leadership coaching

As a manager, you often face complex challenges that require not only strategic thinking but also personal development. Tailor-made leadership coaching gives you the opportunity to work specifically on your own leadership strengths.

In a trusting setting, you will not only reflect on your current issues, but also develop long-term perspectives for your personal and professional development. Together, we will work on improving your self-awareness, self-regulation and leadership style in order to lead more clearly, empathetically and effectively.

The exchange with an independent sparring partner offers you the opportunity to recognize your behavioural patterns and make targeted changes. This not only gives you more clarity and room for maneuver, but also strengthens your ability to lead sustainably and empathetically. This will enable you to master your tasks with confidence and positively shape the dynamics in your team.

You may be thinking about leadership coaching because you find yourself in one of the following situations:

  • You would like to reflect on your understanding of leadership and your role as a manager in the context of personal development.

  • Some of your beliefs, such as "I have to be strong", "I have to do it alone" or "I want to please everyone", get in the way of your day-to-day leadership and you would like to reflect on them and change them in order to increase your emotional and personal effectiveness.
  • Successful behavioral patterns from previous contexts no longer fit your current leadership situation and you would like to develop new behavioral strategies.
  • You react irritably from time to time and would like to improve your self-awareness, emotion regulation and emotional intelligence.
  • You ask yourself how you should behave clearly and empathetically in specific, challenging situations.
  • You are about to make an important decision that you want to think through in peace to consider your values and long-term goals.
  • You work with your team towards self-organization and face various challenges, especially in the area of relationship management and team dynamics.

Leadership Coach

Who would accompany the leadership coaching?

As an organizational psychologist, I am dedicated to helping managers and teams strengthen their emotional intelligence and develop personally. I attach particular importance to well-founded approaches that enable sustainable change. My aim is to support effective long-term processes that improve both individual development and team dynamics.

In my leadership coaching sessions, I work with practical tools and tailored support to encourage managers to act calmly and confidently, even in complex and stressful situations. I help managers to recognize and specifically change behavioural patterns in order to lead successfully and empathetically in the long term.

One book that I always recommend is "Leadership and Self-Deception. It sheds light on how we unconsciously create barriers that affect our ability to lead and shows how we can break through these barriers. This book offers valuable insights that every leader can use to act more authentically and effectively.

Are you wondering how many sessions you need for your topic?
Sometimes a specific issue, such as decision-making, can be resolved in a single session. However, when it comes to issues such as behavioral or personal development, a coaching process lasting 6 to 12 months is recommended in order to achieve sustainable progress.
