Stress competence coaching focuses on developing effective strategies for acute stress situations. If you are under a lot of pressure and feel like you are losing control, coaching helps you to stay focused and manage stress in a targeted manner.

For a long-term Burnout prevention I offer a Resilience coaching that strengthens your inner resilience in the long term so that you remain efficient and balanced even in challenging times.

Depending on the situation, a smooth transition from stress coaching to longer-term coaching is also possible. Resilience coaching possible.

Process

How do we set up a coaching session?

1. Getting to know each other

In a free video call, we check whether the chemistry is right. We talk about your overarching goal for the coaching, my approach and our expectations.

2nd kick-off meeting

We clarify the coaching goals and discuss how we want to organize the collaboration. Once the basics have been clarified, we can start working on the content.

3. decision

After the kick-off meeting, we decide whether and how we will continue working. If necessary, we record the framework conditions in a brief coaching agreement.

4. accompaniment

We work with suitable methods and impulses as part of an individual coaching process that is geared towards your topics and goals.

Coaching process and investment

Especially when acute stress or inner turmoil dominate, a single session can provide relief and initial clarity. For lasting changes, however, more time is needed - to recognize obstructive patterns, develop new strategies and anchor them in everyday life.

That is why I offer a structured coaching process that is built up in two stages: the first stage comprises four sessions and lays a stable foundation. The process can then be deepened and consolidated in a second stage as required.
