I give the team an introduction to the concept of emotional intelligence so that they have a clear orientation for the course of the workshop. I deliberately keep the theoretical input short and concise, as the focus is on joint reflection and exchange.

How do we set up a team workshop?

1. Video call

In a free discovery call, we discuss the overall aim of the team coaching, my approach and our expectations.

2. Contracting session

We clarify the situation, define the goal for the team workshop and discuss our collaboration. Based on this, I will make you an offer.

3. Agreement

If you agree with the offer, please confirm it briefly. I will then start with the preparation.

4. Team workshop

We go into the team workshop together and work on your individual goals. Afterwards, I will be available to you as a manager for a debriefing.
