Relief
Are stress and exhaustion increasing noticeably in everyday working life?
Do you feel overwhelmed, constantly under pressure or at your limit? You are not alone. According to Job Stress Index 2022 around 30 % of the working population in Switzerland feel emotionally exhausted.
High work density, constant availability and complex requirements increase the risk of persistent stress and promote the development of exhaustion and even burnout in the long term.
In stress competence coaching, we analyze your current situation in a structured and solution-oriented way. You gain clarity about your stress levels, recognize early warning signs of chronic overload and develop concrete steps to regain the ability to act. The aim is to provide acute relief and at the same time prevent burnout.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about stress competence coaching
What is the difference to resilience coaching?
Stress competence coaching is primarily aimed at specialists and managers with acute stress or the first signs of exhaustion. The focus is on concrete relief, the analysis of current stressors and the development of immediately implementable steps to stabilize everyday working life.
In a Resilience coaching focuses on the long-term development of psychological resilience. We work in depth on self-regulation, inner drivers and sustainable stability so that stress can be better managed in the future.
In practice, the transitions are often fluid. Depending on the initial situation, we combine short-term stabilization with the development of long-term resilience, so that both acute relief and sustainable development are taken into account.
Is coaching also suitable if I am already suffering from burnout?
Stress competence coaching is suitable for increased stress, incipient exhaustion or burnout prevention. If depression, exhaustion depression or another mental illness has already been medically or psychotherapeutically diagnosed, medical or psychotherapeutic support is required.
Coaching can be useful in such cases, but is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. In the initial consultation, we clarify together whether coaching is the right framework for the current situation.
What happens if I realize after the kick-off meeting that it's not a good fit?
Chemistry and mutual trust are the basis for successful coaching. The kick-off meeting explicitly serves as Test field. If you (or I) realize afterwards that my way of working or the setting is not optimally suited to your concerns, the process ends at this point. In this case, only the individual session will be charged according to the conditions for the kick-off session and there will be no further obligations.

As an occupational and organizational psychologist, I am subject to the legal duty of confidentiality. A protected space is the prerequisite for you to be able to talk openly about challenges. Everything you bring to the table remains between us and is not communicated to the outside world. If your company finances the coaching, we clearly agree in advance that only organizational details will be communicated.
