Focus
Whether in an individual setting, in conflict coaching or in team development: The focus is on the interplay between internal dynamics and the organizational relationship system. Leadership, cooperation and conflicts do not arise in isolation. They are an expression of interactions between the person, role and context.
Depending on the issue, the focus is more on self-management, on clarifying relationship patterns or on developing teams. The methodological core remains the same: recognizing patterns, reflecting on their impact and developing options for action.
Approach
Psychologically sound with a systemic perspective
My approach starts where training reaches its limits: with the patterns and dynamics that shape behavior in everyday life. Psychological expertise forms the basis for understanding complex situations in a differentiated way and dealing with them in a well-founded manner.
In a Leadership coaching is about the balance between factual and relationship orientation. Self-awareness and self-regulation are strengthened so that decisions can be made more consciously and reactions can be more reflective.
The systemic perspective includes role, team and organizational framework conditions. Leadership is not viewed in isolation, but in interaction with the respective context.
Coaching is not a standard program, but a structured development process. The aim is to bring about lasting change in the way you think, feel and act.
Practice
Typical situations in coaching
In my work with managers and teams, I often encounter the following constellations:
- Teams that carry conflicts for a long time and avoid difficult topics.
- Managers who experience strong resistance in the team and need to clarify their role anew.
- Co-leaders who want to consciously clarify their collaboration and make it more binding.
- Managers who often get angry and want to learn to regulate their emotions more consciously and communicate more clearly.
- Specialists and managers close to exhaustion who want to rebuild their stability.
We work with specific situations from your everyday working life. Instead of giving general advice, we analyze what actually happened in a team meeting, in a conflict discussion or in a tense decision-making situation. This makes dynamics visible. From this, we develop realistic and practicable next steps.
Work context
For whom coaching makes sense
Coaching and team development are aimed at mentally stable individuals and teams who want to further develop their self-management and cooperation in a professional context. They do not replace psychotherapy. Psychotherapy treats mental illness on an individual level. My services focus on role clarification, cooperation and dealing constructively with stress in the work context.
In individual or team settings, the focus is on questions such as:
- How can I regulate my emotions more consciously in everyday management?
- How do I deal with stress and pressure to perform as a specialist or manager?
- How do we resolve tensions in the working environment?
- How can we work together more consciously?
- How do we remain capable of acting as a person or team in the face of many changes?
